county" heading, please enter "Kentucky". The resulting list of
stallions have all nominated to the APHA Breeder's Trust and indicated
that they will be standing in Kentucky. Please confirm this with
the stallion manager/owner prior to booking. Stallion owners:

of the year of foaling.

A separate stallion eligibility form or fee does
not
need to be sent to KPHC.
KPHC Position on Fraudlant Activitiy
within the KPHIF Program
Any attempt in connection with the KPHIF
to provide false or misleading information to the Kentucky Paint Horse
Club (KPHC) or government officials, or to otherwise engage in
fraudulent activity, shall result in appropriate disciplinary
action by the KPHC and the application of all civil and criminal
penalties that may apply.
